1、 Usage:
When using the mechanical and electronic scale, objects can be placed on the main bearing as gently as possible, and should not be placed by slamming. The parts shall be removed after each use by students to avoid damage to the blade.
If the mechanical scale is used continuously, empty the scale after a certain number of times to ensure measurement.
In the process of using the mechanical balance, do not hang anything on the weight except for checking the air level, otherwise the accuracy of the balance measurement will be affected.
During use, in order to avoid damage to the mechanical scale body, the maximum weight of the measured object must be paid attention to and shall not exceed the weighing indication of the mechanical side scale.
2： Precautions before use:
When using, first pack the inside and outside of the mechanical scale and place it on a flat and hard ground. The four wheels should hit the ground at the same time to prevent

3、 Mechanical scale maintenance matters:

The mechanical ruler must be calibrated regularly. The scale shall be verified at least once a year in the second half of the year or normally once a year.
The sight should be kept dry and clean. Do not leave liquid substances and dirt on the observation frame and knife bearing. The weight ring shall be kept clean so as not to affect the sensitivity.
The scale shall remain intact and shall not be unloaded at will.
In the process of transportation, collision shall be strictly prevented, and the measuring rod shall not be lifted up, otherwise the scale body and parts will be damaged, the measuring rod will be deformed, and the accuracy of the mechanical scale will be affected.
Chinese mechanical scales should not be put in the open air. They should not be put together with corrosive objects, so as to avoid that the service life of the enterprise will be affected by the corrosive environment.
