Maintenance of various weights of electronic scales
1. All kinds of weights shall be used according to the provisions of the calibration system table. The first and second class weights use the actual mass, and the weights at all levels use the nominal mass
2. The weights that are not used temporarily must be placed in the weight box. The weight box should be placed in a clean, dry room without obvious temperature fluctuation or a special glass drying dish
3. The second class and above class A weights should not be taken with bare hands. They should be taken with a camera, fork or padded with soft and clean deerskin, silk cloth, or with gauze gloves. The weights must be taken and placed with care. The large weights should be lifted steadily and slowly, and should not be damaged or scratched. If the weight surface is rusted, the coating falls off, or there are deep and long scratches, stop using it immediately, and re calibrate it after repair
4. The surface of the weights shall be kept clean. The weights above grade 4 shall be cleaned regularly.
When cleaning the solid weight, place the weight in a shallow plate covered with silk cloth and clean it as required. When cleaning, use a soft brush to gently brush, and then place it in another shallow plate covered with dry, soft and clean silk cloth. Use dry, soft and clean silk cloth to remove the residual liquid on the surface of the weight and dry it in the air (no weight collision is allowed during washing).
When cleaning the grade 3 and 4 weights with the adjustment chamber, gently wipe them with a clean, soft silk cloth dipped with a little detergent to remove the dirt and dust on the surface of the weights. Prevent the detergent from seeping into the adjustment chamber.
When cleaning weights below grade 5, if there is only dust on the surface, use a clean brush or soft and clean silk cloth and linen cloth to remove the dust. If there is dirt on the surface of the weights painted, use linen cloth dipped with warm soapy water to scrub, and then use dry and soft silk cloth or linen cloth to dry.
Grade 5.6 heavy weights shall be stored in a dry and safe place with cement ground, and shall not be stacked on a damp ground. During lifting and transportation, the weight surface shall be protected against wear, collision, damage or rain, and the weight shall be covered with a shed cloth after use
