The weldment and filler metal are heated to a temperature higher than the melting point of the filler metal and the melting point of the base metal. The electronic weighbridge capillarity is used to make the liquid filler metal fill the joint gap. The molten filler metal wets the surface of the base metal, and the metallurgical bond is formed by crystallization after cooling. The commonly used brazing methods mainly include soft soldering and brazing. According to the different heating methods, flame, electric furnace, resistance, salt bath, ultrasonic and other heating methods can be used.
