What should be paid attention to for truck scale foundation?
1. Foundation pit form:
There are two types of foundation pit for full digital truck scale, one is without foundation pit, and the other is shallow foundation pit. Shallow foundation pit refers to the installation method in which the weighbridge is installed in the foundation pit, and the surface of the weighing platform is level with the ground. The weighbridge without foundation pit is installed above the ground, which can be cleaned frequently without water accumulation, and the cost is relatively cheap. Generally, the installation mode of non foundation pit full digital truck scale is selected.
2. Site selection:
The installation position of the weighbridge shall have a good drainage channel, which will not flood the weighbridge due to rainstorm or mountain torrent. For shallow foundation pit, a drainage channel shall be set. In addition, there must be a straight road with sufficient length at both ends of the weighbridge for vehicles to get on and off the platform, and the straight road at both ends must be at least equal to the length of the platform.
Another factor that affects the installation position of the weighing instrument is the number of cars you need to weigh every day. If you only weigh about 20 cars a day, a weighbridge should be enough, and dual phase roads should be set up for weighing; If you need to weigh about 50 cars every day, you need to prepare a parking place. A weighbridge should also be enough. It is better to prepare a bypass; If there are far more than 100 vehicles a day, you should consider using two weighbridges at the same time. Each weighing instrument can weigh heavy or empty vehicles in both directions, and has bypass roads.
You should consider: where should the car park? Do you want to queue when weighing? What happens when it snows heavily, rains heavily or in peak season? You should pay attention to all the problems.
The concrete foundation of the weighbridge must be poured. The foundation must be excavated below the local frozen soil line. During the construction, the concrete grade shall be guaranteed. When pouring the embedded parts, the levelness, location and other geometric dimensions shall be guaranteed. When pouring the concrete, the embedded parts shall not be displaced. After the foundation pouring is completed, it shall be cured according to the civil engineering specifications. Only when the concrete reaches the design strength index can the weighbridge be installed. If it is necessary to shorten the curing period, it is allowed to take measures such as adding early strength agent under the guidance of professional technicians during construction. For lightning protection, you should set a grounding pile according to the local conditions, and ensure that the grounding resistance is less than 4 Ω. An iron pipe should be laid from the center of the scale platform to the weighing room for passing through the signal cable.
The general construction period plus the foundation maintenance period takes about 20 days.
4. Weighing room:
The weighing room should be close to the weighbridge so that weighing instruments, computers, printers and other equipment can be placed. In addition, it should be ensured that the weighing clerk can also contact the driver, transfer the weighing list, ensure that the car is loaded, identify the license plate number and check the goods.
5. Installation and verification:
In most cases, the measurement unit is responsible for the installation and debugging, and the manufacturer assists in the installation. The following items need to be prepared:
Two cranes (or forklifts), jacks (more than or equal to 5t)
Two level gauges, electric welding machines (if necessary) and miscellaneous workers.
