Technical problems to be solved in weighbridge industry
The electronic weighbridge, also known as the weighbridge, or Electronic scale in English, is the main weighing equipment used by factories, mines, merchants and other enterprises for measuring bulk goods. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of enterprise management, unattended automatic electronic weighbridge is becoming the development direction of electronic weighbridge in the future.
China's weighing and weighbridge industry is a traditional industry with a long history of development and an important basic industry. For many years, mechanical weighing instruments have been the main part. In the 1980s, the use of electronic weighing instruments and electronic hanging scales and the development of large automatic weighing instruments have been expanded. However, compared with similar foreign products, the degree of their intelligence has a certain gap. The low technology content of products is an obstacle for China to enter the international market, making it difficult for China to obtain international benefits. In today's world economic integration, China is no longer able to protect its domestic industries with "high tariff" barriers. Only through international technology transfer, international technology exchange, international capital flow and talent flow can China equip its weighing enterprises to push its products to the modernization and international market. The advancement of this modernization process is also subject to the constraints of social demand structure, consumption tendency, consumption structure, technological progress and international trade.
What kind of scale is suitable for your own use? This problem has become one of the key factors in the purchase of weighbridge. The scales produced by each manufacturer are much the same, but slightly different. In terms of the problems at this stage, the six major technical problems that China's instrument industry needs to solve are as follows:
1. As the basic component of sensor network, emerging sensor technology will have a very broad development prospect in the future. After the 12th Five Year Plan, smart sensors will be the focus to tackle key technologies. In this field, we will focus on the development of sensing technology with new principles and new effects, sensor intelligence technology, sensor network technology, miniaturization and low power consumption technology, as well as the design, manufacturing and packaging technology of sensor arrays and multi-functional, multi-sensor parameter sensors.
2. Functional safety technology and safety instrument are new technologies developed recently in the world, aiming to prevent abnormal accidents in industrial facilities, which may endanger the safety of people and equipment.
3. The gap between China's high and middle grade testing equipment and foreign countries is, to a large extent, the gap between precision machining and special technology. The current focus is on the development of precision machining technology and special process technology.
4. The functional components and application technology of the analyzer can improve the stability and reliability of the whole instrument. At the same time, spectrograms and databases for different application fields are developed.
5. It has intelligent technology of self calibration, self detection, self diagnosis and adaptive functions.
6. At present, we should focus on the development of seamless connection and integration technology between control systems of different manufacturers. The main supplier of automation equipment for large projects should have project management technologies such as project planning, design, organization, procurement, acceptance and commissioning.
