Precautions for using the earth scale
Friends who use the weighbridge must pay attention to the use precautions of the weighbridge. If they have good use habits, they will greatly improve our work efficiency, improve the accuracy and reliability of the weighing of the weighbridge, and extend its service life. The following sections will share the use precautions of the weighbridge.
1. The geodesic scale is a measuring instrument subject to compulsory verification. The user should register with the local administrative department for measurement (the measurement office of the Bureau of Technical Supervision) for record and conduct periodic verification to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement value.
2. The untrained personnel shall not operate the instrument. Non maintenance personnel are prohibited from contacting the truck scale, and illegal persons are strictly prevented from using the truck scale to measure.
3. The appearance of weighing instruments, printers, computers, etc. must be kept clean. It is strictly forbidden to use hard objects to knock the keyboard, such as screwdrivers.
4. The earth scale shall be mounted on the weighing platform at a constant speed and the speed shall be controlled within 5Km/h. Emergency braking, backing up, turning, etc. are prohibited on the weighing platform. Speed limit signs and corresponding speed limit devices shall be made;
5. Electric welding operation or using the platform as the ground wire is strictly prohibited on the ground platform. It is strictly forbidden to park the vehicle on the weighing platform for a long time. The truck load measured each time shall not be greater than the maximum weighing and allowable axle load, but shall not be less than the minimum weighing of 20d;
6. Before using the truck scale, check whether the scale body is flexible and whether the performance of all supporting parts is good.
7. Frequently check whether the connecting wires are loose and broken, and whether the grounding wire is firm.
8. There shall be no stones, coal and other foreign matters stuck in the clearance around the platform, and there shall be no soil and other foreign matters piled up at the bottom of the platform, otherwise the weighing will be affected.
9. Waterproof work shall be done well in rainy season, and junction box of truck scale without foundation pit shall be kept dry; The shallow foundation pit truck scale foundation pit shall ensure smooth sewer and drainage pipeline;
10. The truck scale in food processing or grain industry should be well protected against rats, and the cable should preferably be sleeved with a metal hose
