Generally, the weighbridge shall have the following functions:
1: Weighbridge metering function
The main metrological performance of the weighbridge shall meet the requirements of the current identification specification JJG539-1997 Digital Indicating Scale on the division value, division number, accuracy grade, relevant environmental conditions and possible range of changes.
2: Weighing function of weighbridge
The weighbridge shall have the function of weighing automobiles or bulk materials within the maximum weighing range, and shall meet the requirements of national identification regulations on the maximum allowable error of corresponding weighing.
3: Weighbridge display function
In the weighing state of the weighbridge, it can stably and correctly display the gross weight, net weight, tare weight, overload alarm (or display) of the truck scale, and has dynamic indication, special display, etc
Functions include: (weighing) times, weighing date and time (month, month, day), vehicle number setting, goods classification, etc.
4: Weighbridge processing function
The processing functions of the weighbridge include setting the graduation value (graduation number), setting the measuring range, printing records, smooth output operation, fault judgment and self diagnosis, etc. According to the user's requirements, some can also be equipped with vehicle tare weight memory, vehicle net weight classification and cumulative and daily and monthly report printing documents, as well as amount calculation, volume calculation, water content correction and other processing functions.
5: Weighbridge tare removal function
Weighbridge has a variety of tare removal methods, such as adding tare device and deducting tare. Non automatic (manual) tare removal, semi-automatic tare removal, automatic tare removal and weighing functions can be completed, and the tare weight can be set in advance according to the condition of the weighed vehicle to complete the tare removal and weighing of the vehicle.
6: Weighbridge zero setting and zero tracking function
When the weighbridge has no load on the platform, set the indicated value to zero manually or automatically according to the set zero setting range, and automatically keep the zero within a certain limit according to the setting.
7: Weighbridge classification accumulation and subtraction function
Accumulation has four accumulation methods: manual accumulation, automatic accumulation, print accumulation and record accumulation. The maximum accumulation value and accumulation times can reach 8 digits. At the same time, it also has the functions of accumulation and accumulation correction.
8: The weighbridge code function has the code setting function. Several groups of codes can be used to set the tare weight, the previous and next measurement, the under quantity, the over quantity, and the discrimination.

It has the function of storing relevant information, which can record 1200 groups of weighing data, store 400 vehicle numbers, and record and query vehicle numbers.
10: Weighbridge digital calibration function
With the help of the calibration weight, the weight value can be input through the keyboard to calibrate the weighing display value, so as to improve the weighing accuracy of the truck scale.

The weighbridge can display the clock and generate an output together with the weighing result.

It can connect most 9 pin, 24 pin and 80 column printers, and support ESC/P printing control code to achieve Chinese and English printing

The weighbridge has rich interface functions, RS485 interface, 20MA current ring, print port, and can realize microcomputer management, dual computer communication, Internet access and other functions
15: Anti interference function
Both the scale body and instrument of the truck scale are grounded to effectively protect against lightning strike, static electricity and other disturbances.
16: Weighbridge address assignment function
Since all digital sensors in the weighing system are connected to the RS-485 bus, each digital sensor must be addressed for digital communication. The display addresses each sensor in the system according to the identification value of the digital weighing sensor.
