How to check the line of 100t weighbridge
As long as we grasp the rules of the route, many questions will be solved. Now let's take a good look at how to check the electronic scale circuit:
The line connection of the electronic hanging scale includes the connection between the weighing sensor and the junction box, the connection between the junction box and the weighing display surface, and the connection between the weighing display surface and the printer, large screen display device, computer and other equipment.
There are two main situations when the circuit of the electronic hanging scale is in doubt:
① Connection between the load cell and the junction box: pass the cable of the load cell through the scale platform, enter the junction box through the sealing joint, and connect it to the corresponding bonding pad or terminal post in the junction box according to the different color codes of the four core and six core cables, or according to the positive and negative excitation power supply, positive and negative reactions, and positive and negative signals after measurement.
② Connection between junction box and weighing display surface: one end of the special shielded cable enters the junction box through a sealed joint, each core wire is connected to the corresponding bonding pad or terminal in the junction box, and the other end is welded to the special plug corresponding to the weighing display surface through the metal tube, so as to insert the socket of the weighing display surface.
There are three points to note:
A. After the input and output lines in the junction box are connected, tighten, fasten and seal the joints, place desiccant, and do moisture-proof work, and then fix the junction box cover plate;
B. For different weighing sensors, input, reaction and output shall be distinguished according to different color codes, and no mistake must be made;
C. For different weighing appearances, the types of sockets and plugs of the weighing sensors used are different, and the connection methods are even different. Do not make mistakes. The weighing display surface has been equipped with special cables when leaving the factory, which are used to connect the weighing display surface with printers, large screen displays, computers and other equipment.
