How to install the car scale?
The small truck scale is very convenient to use. It is suitable for weighing and weighing small tonnage, such as the grain collection station. What problems should be considered when installing the small truck scale?
1. Requirements for installation site selection: The site selection of the truck scale should be relatively spacious (convenient for getting on), and ensure that the foundation has a large bearing capacity. This should refer to the tonnage of the truck scale purchased by yourself.
2. Foundation bearing requirements: according to different regions. Under different construction conditions, generally speaking, the bearing capacity of each point must be greater than the maximum load capacity in reality.
The following calculation is based on a small truck scale of more than 20 tons: after the truck, the load is 20 tons, assuming that the overload is 1.5 times, and the impact load coefficient when the bearing platform is mounted is 1.3, then the maximum load of each bearing point is: W=1/2 (20t × one point five × 1.3)=19.5t。
3. In the process of foundation construction, it is better to integrate several key supporting structures in a whole. Generally speaking, a foundation can have two bearing points, but under the condition that each foundation is under load, there must be no single settlement change. The bearing force of the longitudinal and transverse anti-collision pier is relatively small, which can be manufactured according to the dimensions given in the foundation drawing. The longitudinal impact force is relatively large.
