Maintenance method of weighbridge line
Suppose we compare the weighing instrument of the weighbridge to a human brain and the weighing sensor to a human heart, then the line they connect to is a blood vessel. Any problem with the line of the weighbridge will inevitably affect the whole weighing work. So, what should we do if there is a problem with the line?
The line connection of the weighbridge includes the connection between the weighing sensor and the junction box, the connection between the junction box and the weighing instrument, and the connection between the weighing instrument and the printer, large screen display, computer and other equipment. There are two main problems with the route of the weighbridge:
1、 Connection of weighbridge load cell and junction box
Pass the cable of the weighing sensor through the scale platform, enter the junction box through the sealing joint, and connect it to the corresponding bonding pad or terminal post in the junction box according to the different color codes of the four core and six core cables, or according to the positive and negative excitation power supply, positive and negative feedback, positive and negative signals after measurement.
2、 Connection between weighbridge junction box and weighing instrument
One end of the special shielded cable enters the junction box through a sealed joint, and each core wire is connected to the corresponding bonding pad or terminal in the junction box, and the other end is welded to the special plug corresponding to the weighing display instrument through the metal tube, so as to plug into the socket of the weighing display instrument.
When dealing with such problems in the weighbridge line, we should pay attention to three points:
(1) After the input and output lines in the junction box are connected, tighten, fasten and seal the joints, place desiccant and do a good job of moisture-proof, and then fix the cover plate of the junction box;
(2) For different weighing sensors, the input, feedback and output shall be distinguished according to different color codes, and must not be mistaken;
(3) For different weighing display instruments, the types of sockets and plugs of weighing sensors used are different, and the connection methods are even different. Don't make mistakes.
