Derusting method and common materials of weighbridge
What is a weighbridge? Where is it mainly used? The weighbridge is widely used in all walks of life. For example, when we usually start logistics, many logistics companies use the weighbridge. Stainless steel electronic weighbridge is also used for weighing and measuring in chemical plants, vegetable wholesale markets, places with chemicals, power plants and logistics warehouses.
The weighbridge is more beautiful than the ordinary weighbridge. At the same time, it is also better in durability. The weighbridge has generally undergone anti-corrosion treatment except for the stainless wire drawing and shot blasting treatment, so it can be used well in some special industries. Standing at the user's angle, the weighbridge is more convenient to clean and more resistant to dirt than the ordinary weighbridge. It only needs to take a wet rag to scrub regularly.
The weighbridge is generally made of Q235 material. The surface of the weighbridge is easy to rust if it has not been treated. If the steel products are not well maintained or encounter some severe environmental problems, rust will also occur. So we need to remove rust at this time. 1、 Shot blasting for rust removal
Shot blasting is to use the rotating impeller to throw the abrasive to the steel surface to achieve the effect of rust removal. This is an advanced method for derusting hull steel. This method is not only highly efficient, but also low in use cost, high in automation, and can realize assembly line operation with less pollution.
2、 Small pneumatic or electric derusting
This derusting method is powered by electricity or compressed air, and equipped with appropriate derusting equipment to perform reciprocating movement to meet the requirements of derusting in different occasions. It can also roughen the coating. The efficiency of derusting is much higher than that of manual derusting, and it can be used in many parts, especially in the use of weighbridge.
The performance of the weighbridge directly affects the accuracy of the weighing value, so the selection of manufacturing materials is particularly important. Weighbridge materials include the following parts: strain gauge materials, elastomer materials, patch adhesive materials, sealant materials, lead sealing materials and lead materials.
1. Material of strain gauge and resistance element
The strain gauge is the sensing part of the weighing sensor, which converts the magnitude of external force into electrical output, and is the most important component of the sensor. The commonly used strain gauge base material is polymer film material, and the strain material is usually high purity constantan. The performance of the strain gauge is not only related to the purity of the base material and constantan, but also related to the manufacturing process. Improving the technology level is also a very important aspect to improve the sensor performance.
2. Elastomer material
The function of the elastic body of the load cell is to transmit external force, which must have the same deformation when subjected to the same force, because the strain gauge is stuck on the elastic body, and the deformation of the elastic body is the deformation of the strain gauge; At the same time, it must be reset, which can automatically reset when the external force disappears. Elastomer materials usually choose a variety of metals, mainly aluminum alloy, stainless steel and alloy steel.
