What are the composition and three growth stages of the weighbridge?
First of all, Heng Wang weighed and told everyone; Weighbridge is mainly composed of weighing body, sensor, junction box, electronic display instrument, etc. Its principle is that the component of the object on the weighing platform is converted into an electronic signal through the process sensor, and transmitted to the electronic display instrument through the process junction box wiring, and then the instrument stops the digital conversion to the display screen. Since its growth, the weighbridge has experienced three important growth stages:
1、 Machine type weighbridge: the machine type weighbridge takes the machine layout as the fulcrum and applies the lever principle to stop weighing. The machine type weighbridge is bulky, with low weighing accuracy, slow weighing speed, inconvenient operation, large amount of protection, unintelligible reading, and difficult to avoid wage fraud. In the past 90's of the last century, the machine type weighbridge occupied a dominant position in China's weighbridge.
2、 Motor combined weighbridge: the motor combined weighbridge is reformed on the basis of the machine type weighbridge, and the weight sensor and weight instrument are added when the weight layout is changed slightly. Compared with the machine type weighbridge, the motor combined weighbridge has greatly changed in weighing speed, convenient operation and intuitive reading, but it still has problems such as bulky volume, low weighing accuracy, large amount of protection work, and it is difficult to avoid fraud. This kind of weighbridge was more common from the mid-1980s to the mid-1990s of the last century.
3、 Full electronic weighbridge: At the end of the 1980s, when we were 90 years old, the electronic weighing skills and production skills of foreign ancestors entered China, which greatly promoted the spread and progress of electronic weighing instruments in China.
China's weighbridge also bid farewell to the period when the machine type weighbridge was dominant, and entered a period of full electronic weighbridge. Compared with the machine type and motor combined weighbridge, the full electronic weighbridge has been greatly improved in terms of component volume, weight accuracy rate, operation protection, intuitive reading and avoidance of wage fraud. The electronic weighbridge is more portable in device commissioning, and the investment in civil infrastructure is less. The fully electronic weighbridge is equipped with a stable and reliable high-precision weighing sensor and an intelligent weighing instrument. The instrument has high sensitivity, high resolution, and abundant software functions. It is stable and reliable. It can be connected with the computer to form a weight management system.
The current weighbridge generally has simple operation and simple protection; It has the characteristics of high precision and good stability of weighing, so it has been widely used. Pay attention to the methods in the application process, and you can obtain exceptionally good application results.
