What is the composition of the electronic truck scale?
The electronic truck scale uses the principle of strain electrical measurement to weigh. A strain gauge is pasted on the elastomer of the load cell to form a Wheatstone bridge. When there is no load, the bridge is in balance and the output is zero. When the elastomer bears the load, each strain gauge will generate strain proportional to the load, and the external load can be measured by the output voltage.
Structural composition of truck scale:
The electronic truck scale is mainly composed of the carrier, weighing display instrument (hereinafter referred to as the instrument), weighing sensor (hereinafter referred to as the sensor), connector, limiting device, junction box and other parts, and can also be optionally equipped with large screen display, computer, regulated power supply and other external equipment.
Load bearing and force transmission part: all devices that transfer the weight of objects to the load cell, including weighing table, hanging connection unit, safety limit device, ground fasteners and infrastructure.
Weighing sensor: between the platform and the foundation, it converts the weight of the object to the corresponding electrical signal, and outputs it to the weighing display instrument through the signal cable for weighing test. According to the conversion method, the load cells are divided into eight types: photoelectric type, hydraulic type, electromagnetic force type, capacitive type, magnetic pole changing type, vibrating type, gyro ceremony type, and electro negative strain type. The resistance strain type is the most widely used.
Display instrument: used to measure the electrical signal output by the weighing sensor. After the electrical signal is processed, the data is output in digital form.
Power supply: mainly refers to the bridge excitation power supply provided by the load cell and the working power supply of the instrument circuit.
