It is believed that users who have been using the weighbridge are very clear that their technicians will set and calibrate the operating parameters of general products after installation. However, in the long-term use of the product, it is inevitable that there will be different degrees of deviation, or some parts and components need to be repaired, resulting in inaccurate weighing. So, if these small problems occur, how can our users solve them faster?
1. Product eccentric load debugging<also known as angle difference debugging>
The eccentric load debugging of the product refers to the eccentric load debugging of the weighing display instrument that can only be carried out after it is used.
Debugging method: The user can press each corner of the product one by one by using the weight with 1/5 of the maximum weight of the product to adjust the error value to the specified allowable range and make each corner of the product have the same value.
2. Zero benchmark debugging
After the first installation of the weighbridge by the manufacturer, if the weighbridge fails to pass the quality inspection and calibration, the user needs to determine the zero reference.
Debugging method: Clear all items on the product, press the zero setting button directly, or use the zero calibration method in the menu column.
3. Weighing debugging of products
The weighing adjustment of a product is actually to adjust its linear slope. If the input data is the same as the dotted line, you can directly use the weighing adjustment function of the weighing display instrument to make its output linearity conform to the normal phenomenon.
Specific debugging method: Before debugging the weight of the weighbridge, we must make sure that the product has been set up for standard calibration, and then calibrate it by means of zero calibration, and calibrate the weight data of the product by means of the weights on the weighing platform.
