However, some of them simply used the process of tamping and leveling with cement when building the trench, which caused the phenomenon of random drift of the display value of the electronic platform scale when weighing heavy goods.

In actual work, the author found that a small number of enterprises in wire drawing, wire and cable industries may be to control production costs, or to facilitate the measurement and control of quality control points in a specific production link, so as to buy and use a large number of electronic platforms. However, the author found that enterprises often reported that some electronic platforms said that after 1 to 2 years of normal use, and often within a short period of time after normal inspection, there would be frequent errors in the display value of the display instrument.

After careful observation and research on the emerging electronic platform scale, the author found that they have a common feature for the internal production process of wire drawing, wire, cable and other industries. That is, these enterprises often need to measure and weigh "spool like objects" in the production link. However, the author first found that individual front-line workers often roll the "spool like objects" onto the carrier of the electronic platform scale by rolling on the ground or lifting with a crane in the actual weighing work. Secondly, the author found that at this time, the contact area between the "bobbin like objects" and the surface of the bearing body is often small, and the "bobbin like objects" are often of large mass. In addition, the most critical point is that the panel of the bearing body called by some electronic platforms is thin and there is no reinforced steel beam installed. Therefore, after long-term use by enterprises, It will cause the iron plate on the surface of the bearing body of the electronic platform to appear "fixed point stress" deformation under specific circumstances. As a result, the display value of the display instrument frequently appears error.
In this case, the author first suggests that enterprises eliminate the electronic platform scale and replace it with an electronic hook scale in the production process. Secondly, if the enterprise is unable to replace the special electronic hook scale in a short time due to some reasons, and still needs to continue to use the electronic platform scale, the author can only suggest that the enterprise add a thicker steel plate on the surface of the bearing body of the electronic platform scale to solve the problem. However, after a long period of practical work, the author found that more than 99% of electronic platforms said that they could recover "health!" and continue to use "healthy and long-term" after being covered with steel plates.
