How to replace the load cell correctly?
The main function of the load cell is to measure, and it will be used in many places, such as wet or on roads. I believe everyone has seen a display screen on the expressway displaying many numbers, which is part of the load cell, and part of it is hidden from us. However, the load cell needs to be replaced after a period of use, so how to replace it correctly? Now let's have a look with the weighbridge manufacturer:
1。 The micro voltage/fractional signal output by the load cell decreases with the increase of the rated load, which is often ignored. Therefore, when replacing the sensor, use the same load as before as much as possible. If you want to replace a larger load, you need to pay attention to whether the range of the weighing display instrument of the electronic scale can be adjusted: if it is an old display instrument that cannot be adjusted, the output microvolt/fraction signal will become smaller because the sensor is replaced with a larger load, and the entire range output, display and dialing adjustment cannot meet its requirements.
2。 For the mechatronics dimension of installing the S-type sensor in the second force transfer rod (i.e. the connection between the first force transfer rod and the second force transfer rod), it should be noted that the length of the connecting rod after reinstalling the sensor is the same as that of the original connecting rod. On the other hand, it must be ensured that the first force transmission rod is horizontal, and the connecting rod and the first force transmission rod are perpendicular to a 90 degree angle. If there is deviation, it will directly affect the accuracy and sensitivity of the scale.
If the length of the connecting rod is too long, there will be a "large scale" phenomenon; If it is too short, there will be a "small scale" phenomenon. It should also be noted that the connecting rod must be in free suspension and should not rub with other objects to avoid affecting the sensitivity of the balance.
3. During the commissioning of the electromechanical scale after the sensor is replaced, the mechanical scale shall be debugged according to the specifications of the weighing instrument on the basis of accurate commissioning.
