Do you know the rules for weighing pigs with a weighbridge?
A pig friend left a message a few days ago saying, "Why do we pig farmers always meet pig collectors with" superb "skills? I have worked hard to raise a pig, and I finally earned a lot of money. I am really dumb and eat coptis. I can't tell you how hard it is! " In fact, in the last link of selling pigs, the pig breeders must keep their eyes open, but they are still helpless when they encounter some pig collectors with "superb" skills. Especially when weighing the weighbridge, they must be careful. If they are not careful, their hard-earned money will be lost. Today, the editor of the weighbridge weighing company talked with you about some details that he didn't pay attention to when weighing pigs with the weighbridge.
1. Ensure the power of the display
The power of the monitor must be sufficient, not necessarily full, but it must not be lost.
If you lose, you can't count pigs, so you must charge a little before passing pigs.
2. Number is not positive
After passing the pig, you should ensure that the number displayed on the weighbridge is not positive. If it is, you will lose. The positive number must be added. For example, when the pig is over 1500, it will show 10 kg on the weight. This is not normal.
If it is normal to weigh about 3 kg, you must stop to check the scale if there is excrement and there is only 10 kg left.
3. Weighbridge and display plug
The purchased weight must be checked by the plug of the weighbridge and the display, and the screws must be removed to check whether there is any chance of accidental contact between the wires inside. It must be completely isolated.
Even if it is calibrated in the factory, it will lead to inaccuracy if it is touched occasionally. This is very serious, not a matter of 10 kg and 8 kg.
4. Standard weight
Everyone knows that pigs must mark their own weights before, but do you know how to mark? Weighing is not a matter of going up and standing down casually. You must stand down on all four legs. If you stand on the opposite corner of a sensor, it is the same weight as normal, and you can't detect it, but if you stand on the corner of a bad sensor, it will be "0".
The weight of four horns of your own pound is the same. It's OK if one horn has a weight of one and a half kilograms. The important thing is that the horn must have a weight of one and a half kilograms more. Congratulations, you can sell one more kilogram of pigs.
5. Observe pig collector's behavior
The most important one: If you see the pig collector's behavior and words are particularly uncomfortable and offensive, you must not sell them. You must stop immediately. Don't be afraid of hurting anyone's face. If you can't watch what you weigh, you can't sell it for money.
