Guangxi issued a series of policies to speed up the construction of new land and sea channels in the west
In order to implement the Overall Plan for the New Land and Sea Passage in the West issued by the National Development and Reform Commission, and according to the requirements of the implementation plan and the list of tasks for Guangxi's construction of the new land and sea passage in the west, recently Guangxi has successively issued a series of supporting documents to support the construction of the new land and sea passage in the west, effectively improving the top-level design and policy guarantee for Guangxi's implementation of the national overall plan, and accelerating the construction of the new land and sea passage in the west.
Supporting documents include several policy measures and implementation plans such as Several Policies and Measures for Financial Support to the Construction of New Land and Sea Channels in Western China, Several Policies and Measures for Guangxi to Accelerate the Construction of New Land and Sea Channels in Western China (Revised Edition), and Implementation Plan for Improving the Operation of Guangxi Sea Railway Trunk Line of New Land and Sea Channels in Western China (2019-2020).
The relevant person in charge of the Development and Reform Commission of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region said that Guangxi would speed up the construction of software and hardware facilities in the Beibu Gulf port, promote the construction of large capacity railway channel, promote the integration of channel construction and industry development, accelerate the construction of modern logistics industry system of the channel, and improve the business environment and operation level based on the objectives and tasks of the General Plan for the New Land and Sea Channel in the West, To ensure that all work arrangements for the construction of the new land sea channel in the west are implemented and effective.
