Principle of weighbridge
The weighbridge can be divided into U-shaped steel weighbridge, U-shaped steel weighbridge, I-shaped steel weighbridge and reinforced concrete weighbridge according to its structure; According to the sensor, it can be divided into digital weighbridge, analog weighbridge and full weighbridge; Truck scale is commonly known as weighbridge. The weighbridge can be classified into analog weighbridge and digital weighbridge according to the output signal of the sensor; According to the weighing method, it can be divided into static truck scale and dynamic truck scale (weighbridge); According to the installation mode, it can be divided into ground scale and ground center scale; The platform is divided into steel structure platform and concrete platform platform according to the platform structure; It can be divided into explosion-proof weighbridge and non explosion-proof weighbridge according to the use environment; According to the automation degree of the weighbridge, it can be divided into non automatic weighbridge and automatic weighbridge. Their basic configuration is the same. All need sensors, junction boxes, printers, weighing instruments. Today's weighbridge can be equipped with computers and weighing software.
Weighbridge is called scale in English, so it is called SCS series in the industry; Common specifications are: 3-3.4m wide, 6-24m long, weighing range of 30-200t, and some manufacturers can produce up to 250t.
The standard configuration of the weighbridge is mainly composed of three main components: load bearing transmission mechanism (scale body), high-precision weighing sensor, and weighing display instrument, so that the basic weighing function of the weighbridge can be completed. According to the requirements of different users, printers, large screen displays, and weighing management software systems can be selected to meet the needs of higher level data management and transmission.
Load bearing and force transmitting mechanism: the mechanical platform that transfers the weight of objects to the load cell. There are two common forms: steel structure and steel-concrete structure.
High precision weighing sensor: the core component of the weighbridge, which plays the role of converting the weight value into the corresponding measurable electrical signal. Its advantages and disadvantages directly affect the quality of the whole weighing instrument.
Weighing display instrument: it is used to measure the electrical signal transmitted by the sensor, and then process and display the weight reading through special software, and can further transmit the data to the printer, large screen display, and computer management system.
Printer: used to print weight data form.
Large screen: used for remote reading.
Weighing management software (system): used for further processing, storage and transmission of weight data.
