Therefore, plastic coated hose or stainless steel hose can be used between the load cell and the wire tube for cable protection. A threaded connector is used at one end of the load cell, and a threaded connector is also used at one end of the metal tube. This method can effectively prevent illegal elements from cheating by destroying the cable and connecting the remote control receiver in series.
4. Digital electronic truck scale
Because the weighing sensor adopts digital signal transmission, and the transmission of digital signal is based on different communication protocols specified by different manufacturers, the manufacturers of the weighing sensor are different, and their signal transmission methods are also different. If you want to cheat on the signal transmission of the digital weighing sensor, you must decipher the communication protocol of the digital weighing sensor of different manufacturers. Therefore, it is very unlikely that ordinary non professionals want to cheat on the digital electronic truck scale. Replacing the analog electronic truck scale with the digital electronic truck scale not only has great advantages in re calibration, anti-interference, etc, It also has a very significant effect in preventing cheating by using the remote control receiving device.
5. Computerized management of electronic truck scale
Computerized management is adopted, and the weighing data is transmitted to the computer in real time using RS-232 or RS-485 excuse provided on the instrument. The weighing clerk is only responsible for entering relevant data such as weighing data, goods name, transportation unit, etc., and cannot modify the weighing data. After entering relevant parameters, the data will be printed out by the printer. In addition, the microcomputer management can also realize dual computer communication, multi computer communication and network connection, It can greatly improve the production efficiency, and prevent the weighing clerk from issuing favor tickets, relationship tickets and other cheating behaviors.
