Example of troubleshooting when D18 instrument is connected to sensor
Fault response:
When the D18 instrument is connected to the sensor, the number of hops is always unstable, and the empty scale sometimes jumps several hundred kilograms.
Weighing platform overview:
D18 instrument, 10 sensors, graduation value of 20, full range of 100 tons, this phenomenon occurs when the newly installed platform starts debugging.
Phenomena seen on site:
It is true that there is a phenomenon that the number of hops cannot be stabilized all the time. The positive and negative hops back and forth, sometimes hundreds of kilograms of weight will jump.
Judgment and maintenance process:
One by one connection to the sensor has been tried, and all the hops are counted, so it can be judged that this is not a problem;
Use a multimeter to measure the voltage of the neutral wire, ground wire and live wire on the power line, and find that there is interference electricity;
The electrician re grounded the instrument, opened the instrument, and found that there was no jump count. Then, the electrician powered on the instrument for half an hour to keep the empty scale, and no jump count was found.
The next day, we continued to observe, there was no skip count, and the problem was solved.
