The electronic weighbridge requires high accuracy and stability. Therefore, we should reasonably maintain the electronic weighbridge in the process of using it to ensure its accuracy and stability. However, no other weighing equipment is used during the maintenance of the electronic weighbridge. Therefore, pay attention to the following items for the maintenance of electronic weighbridge:
1、 The electronic weighbridge shall be calibrated regularly to ensure its accuracy.
2、 Check the limit device of the electronic weighbridge regularly to ensure the accuracy of the weighing instrument.
3、 Usually, pay attention to whether there are sundries embedded between the edge of the scale and the foundation pit or between the scale body and the approach slope; Check whether there are sundries under the weighing platform for half a year; Check whether the scale platform shakes flexibly before powering on the surface every day.
4、 Chemical industry and other professions paint scales every year if conditions permit.
