How to Prevent Water and Moisture of Electronic Weighing Scale
As the junction box and sensor in the electronic scale are very sensitive to humidity, it is necessary to take certain waterproof and moisture-proof measures for the electronic scale. To avoid flooding, pay attention to the following points when installing the electronic scale:
First, when installing the electronic scale, the platform should be higher than the ground level to ensure smooth flow of water.
Second, if the enterprise needs to arrange according to the site, the platform of the electronic scale should be flat with the ground, and the scale body should be set underground. During installation, an adequate drainage system must be designed according to the actual situation to prevent long-term water accumulation under the scale platform and flooding of the junction box and sensor.
Third, if the scale body is designed to be installed underground, it is better to lead the junction box into the metering room to avoid moisture and immersion.
Fourth, if the platform scale electronic scale body is designed to be installed underground, the long-term treatment of sludge and debris under the scale body must be designed during the installation. The entrance and exit that is convenient for people to get up and down can be set at one side of the scale platform to prevent the drainage system from being blocked and the sensor from being flooded, and reduce the trouble and economic losses caused to the enterprise by garbage cleaning, turning over the electronic scale, re verification and other work.
